Description: The Occupational Keys survey is a series of 20 questions designed to help you create a performance benchmark for any job position based on the DISC Personality System. The benchmark is then established by assigning weighted values to all 13 specific behavioral traits. This job benchmark is a set of standards for outstanding achievement based on skills, education, experience, behavioral traits and other contributing factors that lead to outstanding job success.
