For the professional or organization that is aggressively developing their markets, IML would like to partner with you in one of these profit-sharing programs. Use the program that is right for you and we’ll help you profit from your DISC knowledge and industry expertise. We have four levels of affiliation available.

1) Online Affiliate:

 As an Online Affiliate, you can share profits with IML by placing a link or banner on your website and, in exchange, receive commissions for all purchases made through that link or banner. This is a free program designed to help you make money by driving traffic to IML products and services.

Becoming an Online Affiliate is a great way to experiment with becoming a reseller of our products with minimal investment. Affiliates need not buy inventory, stock products, or bill customers. IML does all of this and sends Affiliates a monthly commission check.*(see below)

2) Network Consultants:

Becoming a Network Consultant is a risk free way to put the power if IML behind your business dreams. Consultants with IML are able to take advantage of our world class marketing and customer service departments. Product purchasing and order fulfillment are handled by our staff, and a comission check is sent to you on a monthly basis.*(see below)

Consultants can generate income in three ways: 1) By simply handing out the business cards, flyers and other marketing materials we will provide, you can generate on-line sales. Consultants earn a comission on all sales they generate. 2) Consultants who network for us have recieved comission checks for simply introducing us to major clients. Your network contacts can now become a source of income. 3) As a speaker, trainer or consultant you can introduce DISC and your product line to new markets. Wether your area of focus is Business/Corporate, Faith and Family or Growth and Education, IML has products and solutions to meet every need.

*Commissions are paid out monthly in a check and mailed out to Affiliates. Checks are only sent when an Affiliate has accrued $25 or more in commissions. Otherwise, the check will be sent out when the minimum has been reached on the next pay cycle.

3) International Representative/Distributor/Agent:

As an International Representative of IML, your company will be a regional stocking center for IML products and as well as a high-level PeopleKeys® agent. This level maintains a very close relationship with IML and enjoys significant discounts based on distribution volume, partnership trade agreements and monetary exchange rates. You will be required to supply the following information:

• What is your current country/region (s) for which you would like to establish IML/PeopleKeys® representation?

• What is/are the primary language(s) of this region?

• What is your current level of usage with IML/PeopleKeys® products/services? (i.e. how many profiles, reports, courses etc. or revenue do you currently use/generate per month or year?)

• What is your future projected usage with IML/PeopleKeys® products/services?

• What is/are your current target or niche markets? (i.e. HR, coaching, consulting, education, ministry, counseling etc.)

• What markets or industries, if any, do you anticipate expanding into?
